Medical Doctor, pos-graduated on Radiation Epidemiology and Biology at Radiation Effects Research Foundation and Hiroshima University, Japan. She is the Deputy Section Head of Environment and Radiation at the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). She is currently coordinating several IARC projects: Radiation exposures at an early age: impact of genotype on breast cancer risk (Gene-Rad-Risk)IARC, Strategic Agenda for Research on Chernobyl Health (ARCH)
